Nothing was a problem, every question and request was facilitated. Mothers grave was beautifully presented when we arrived. We were able to carry and place Mother in her final resting place. Mar 2016WORST FUNERAL COMPANY EVER! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE TO BURY YOUR LOVED ONE. MY FAMILY AND I WERE LEFT WAITING OUTSIDE IN THE RAIN FOR OVER 1 HOUR TO COLLECT OUR LOVED ONES ASHES. WE WERE NOT ASKED INSIDE TO WAIT OR OFFERED ANY KINDNESS WHATSOEVER. WHEN WE QUESTIONED THEIR LACK OF CARE AND CONSIDERATION WE WERE VERBALLY ATTACKED AND THREATENED BY THE OWNER. HE SUGGESTED HE MIGHT JUST KEEP THE ASHES AND NOT RETURN THEM TO US. MY SISTER QUESTIONED THE LEGALITY OF THIS AND HE SHOUTED AT HER TO LEAVE HIS PREMISES BEFORE HE CALLED THE POLICE TO HAVE HER REMOVED. IT WAS A MOST DISTURBING AND TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE. HE ALSO SAID HE WILL TAKE ME TO COURT IF I PUT THIS ON PUBLIC MEDIA........
