On December 20, 2025, my nightmare began when my husband died during our dream vacation in Australia. We had good insurance, on paper. A social worker at the hospital recommended Global Funeral Network. That's how I met Dominic. Dominic was compassionate, helpful, and friendly from the start. It turned out the insurance company wasn't going to cooperate and kept us waiting for a very long time, even working against us. Dominic quickly realized this and started arranging things for us, even though he didn't know if we could afford him. He acted out of the goodness of his heart! The insurance company didn't cover it, and the money had to be arranged some other way. Throughout this time, Dominic continued to support me and my family in Holland. Finally, my husband was transported to the funeral home in Springwood, where Ross did his utmost with the embalming to increase the chances of everyone being able to say goodbye at home. Now, three weeks later, we can return to the Netherlands. But without Dominic, we would never have made it this far! We are incredibly grateful and will never forget them!

On behalf of my Mum Jolanta and myself I would like to extend our deepest and sincerest gratitude and appreciation to Dominic and Geoff, and the Team at Global Funeral Networks, for arranging and conducting the funeral of our dearest Husband and Dad - Jerzy. From the very first moment after my Dad's passing, Dominic and His Team guided us and supported during the most difficult and painful time in our life. They showed exceptional care, compassion, respect, kindness and thoughtfulness as well as professionalism and excellence. But most of all they showed a "personal touch", something so "precious", that made us feel not so lonely and lost, and that helped us go through that incredibly sad and difficult time. The funeral was truly a beautiful celebration of my Dad's life, and Dominic and the Team at Global Funeral Networks made it possible. There are no words to express how deeply grateful we are for organizing Dad's funeral. Please, accept our heartfelt thanks and appreciation for your services and all your support, love, prayers, comforting condolences and gestures shown to my Mum and me in this time of mourning.
