Jan 2026On December 20, 2025, my nightmare began when my husband died during our dream vacation in Australia. We had good insurance, on paper. A social worker at the hospital recommended Global Funeral Network. That's how I met Dominic. Dominic was compassionate, helpful, and friendly from the start. It turned out the insurance company wasn't going to cooperate and kept us waiting for a very long time, even working against us. Dominic quickly realized this and started arranging things for us, even though he didn't know if we could afford him. He acted out of the goodness of his heart! The insurance company didn't cover it, and the money had to be arranged some other way. Throughout this time, Dominic continued to support me and my family in Holland. Finally, my husband was transported to the funeral home in Springwood, where Ross did his utmost with the embalming to increase the chances of everyone being able to say goodbye at home. Now, three weeks later, we can return to the Netherlands. But without Dominic, we would never have made it this far! We are incredibly grateful and will never forget them!

From the very first moment after my Dad's passing, Dominic and His Team guided us and supported during the most difficult and painful time in our life. They showed exceptional care, compassion, respect, kindness and thoughtfulness as well as professionalism and excellence. But most of all they showed a "personal touch", something so "precious", that made us feel not so lonely and lost, and that helped us go through that incredibly sad and difficult time. Sept 2024When you need someone to go above and beyond during your most difficult time, Dom goes even above that. The kindness, patience and care Dom offered when my mother passed suddenly will remain an important warm memory of the funeral. To the finest detail my mothers funeral was perfect, including my mothers favourite blue flowers, and the beautiful care of my mother after she passed. The before care and after care was proactive and kind. Dom didn't just finish the funeral and get paid, he provided care and assistance for months after everything was finished. I cannot speak highly enough or recommend Dom enough for the exceptional care he offers grieving families. Thank you so much.
