This was my first experience with something like this and France Funerals were really helpful and thorough in helping me make decisions based around what my mother would have wanted. The slide presentation was especially beautiful as was the celebrant they used, who made me feel comfortable with the whole process. They made a particularly difficult day run smoothly.

We called and spoke to someone who promised to call back "in a minute or so" but she never did. Very disappointing, and very hard to deal with at such a vulnerable time.
