Aug 2025I would highly recommend Olsen's Revesby, we met with Alison who was kind and caring to my sister Suellen and myself. Nothing was to much trouble and they accommodated all our requests for our Mum. Brett was the conductor on the funeral day and he was an absolutely lovely man, professional and caring. Thank you Olsen's for helping us through a very traumatic time.

Aug 2023Our Mother recently died and we reached out to Jennie Bradley at Olsens Farewells to assist my father and the family plan a celebration of her life. The chapel at Revesby was an intimate location for the ceremony and having the wake in the same building made it very easy for family and friends who attended. Jennie was very professional, who listened and guided us through a sad and distressing process. Her kindness, smile and thoughtfulness eased our sorrow knowing Mum would be well cared for and the ceremony a fitting tribute. We'd definitely recommend Jennie and her colleagues at Olsens.

May 2023Thank you to the Olsen's team for your support while organising a funeral. Melinda was our main contact, and was very compassionate, supportive, patient, and effective at her job. Nothing was ever a problem for her, she would work outside of normal hours to make sure everything was organised the way we needed it and to answer our questions. Everyone else we dealt with at Olsens was also amazing, including office people who answered our queries, and the team on the day that managed the funeral itself. What was particularly impressive about Melinda was that she never tried to up-sell us, like you hear about with some of the bigger funeral companies. She made a point of talking us out of more expensive options if she didn't feel it was appropriate. This says a lot about her, and her extensive knowledge of the process and the industry in general. Thank you so much Olsens' team, especially you Melinda Salkeld. You made a very difficult time so much easier.
