Olsens Funerals

Thank you to the Olsen's team for your support while organising a funeral. Melinda was our main contact, and was very compassionate, supportive, patient, and effective at her job. Nothing was ever a problem for her, she would work outside of normal hours to make sure everything was organised the way we needed it and to answer our questions. Everyone else we dealt with at Olsens was also amazing, including office people who answered our queries, and the team on the day that managed the funeral itself. What was particularly impressive about Melinda was that she never tried to up-sell us, like you hear about with some of the bigger funeral companies. She made a point of talking us out of more expensive options if she didn't feel it was appropriate. This says a lot about her, and her extensive knowledge of the process and the industry in general. Thank you so much Olsens' team, especially you Melinda Salkeld. You made a very difficult time so much easier.
