Nov 2025I had a very horrible experience with this company. My sister passed away and when I contacted to commence making arrangements for her funeral service the lady who answered the phone was extremely unprofessional. She asked about my sister’s passing (and although I understand the need for certain details) she had the audacity to nervously giggle and make comments about my sister’s tragic death. She spoke about seeing and hearing the sirens and seeing gossip about the tragedy on her social media pages. When my mother phoned back to cancel our scheduled appointment due to the horrible experience, she proceeded to argue with my mother about her comments rather than accept that we wished to cancel. We went with Fry Bros in Raymond Terrace after this experience and we had the complete opposite experience. I highly recommend steering clear of Lance Boots and electing to go with Fry Bros.

Nov 2025I am extremely appalled at the unfortunate experience my sister had. My sister contacted lance boots about a loved one passing. The lady who answered this phone call was EXTREMELY unprofessional. She asked my sister details about our loved ones passing which I understand they need to do HOWEVER she then proceeded to go into detail about how she lived near the incident this loved one passed at and how she could see the sirens go past and from her home. She awkwardly at one stage had the audacity to even GIGGLE. My mother rang back after to explain we weren’t comfortable going ahead with them taking care of our loved one in such a difficult time and the SAME lady proceeded to argue with my mum about how she didn’t say these things and my sister was lying. She was on speakerphone around multiple witnesses. I am disgusted and would HATE for anyone to have to deal with such unprofessional in such a hard time.

Dec 2024Kylie and Brad were amazing, kind and caring. They organised retrieval of my sister and were so thoughtful letting is know when she was in their care. The organisation of the service at their chapel, the care in preparing my beautiful sister for us to see and the livestream were all done perfectly. We could not thank them enough guiding us through at such a horrific time. Thankyou so much Kylie and Brad you are very special people.
