Lily did a wonderful job hosting the funeral, and her presence was comforting during a difficult time. However, our family found their communication to be quite unresponsive. Simple enquiries often took more than 12 hours to receive a reply, which added unnecessary stress during an already emotional period. While the overall service was handled well, we believe there is room for improvement in how they support grieving families—especially in being more attentive and timely with communication.”
