The professional care, the flower arrangements, the chapel, and the coffin were all beautifully presented. We were deeply proud that my best friend was farewelled with such dignity and respect. The way he guided us through each process, carefully monitored everything, and supported us was priceless. Scott also managed the technology and audio/visual aspects — including photo transitions, the slideshow, live streaming, and music — and it was simply divine. He elevated the material we provided and added so much more than we could have hoped for. As a former IT professional, and as someone raised and educated by film and theatre experts, I understand the powerful impact that small details can have on an audience. I recently buried my mother with my father at Palmdale Cemetery. My Mum had pre-paid/arranged her interment with the same details she had organised for my father. I met with Katie from Creighton's Palmdale the day after her passing. Katie couldn't have been more lovely and supportive. She had all the necessary paperwork as well as all the details from my father's burial from 11 years ago. The flowers she organised were amazing and everything on the day went smoothly.
