Sept 2024I didn't have to deal with the guys personally but my family said they made this process alot smoother considering we have never had to plan a funeral before. The 2 occasions I did speak to staff they were extremely kind and compassionate. Had a very intimate service but was lovely - exactly what he wanted. Thank you all so much

Aug 2023A huge thankyou to Donna for going above and beyond when we suffered the very sudden loss of my Wife recently. Planning a Funeral for the first time was really daunting especially considering we had a very tight budget but she made everything so easy and the service itself in the Memorial Chapel was absolutely beautiful. Donna immediately put all of our worries to rest because she genuinely cared and it felt like we had known her for years. If you have lost a loved one, I HIGHLY recommend using Penhalls. The Celebrant Jean Catanzariti they linked us up with was fantastic also. They did a wonderful job and were absolutely beautiful people to deal with during such a rough time in our lives. We will be forever grateful for their services.
