Beautiful Farewells

Having lost our precious baby granddaughter almost 5 years ago; it’s been a struggle to find an Urn suitable for a newborn baby. The sizes used to show the quantity of Ashes each Urn could hold aren’t relevant to a baby’s weight. Sadly most Urns only hold a tiny amount of the Ashes. But my daughter wanted her precious Angel to be placed in an Urn that was suitable for all of her, without being too large. Unbelievably it was easier to find Urns for Pets, rather than babies. After many searches I finally came upon Beautiful Farewells and even more amazingly, I was blessed to speak to Michelle, who went above and beyond anything I could have expected when I first made my enquiry about the Pink Teddy Bear Urn. Michelle contacted the manufacturer, to ensure our precious Atlanta's Ashes would fit in the Small Urn, and then even after I’d ordered and paid, she stayed in touch to ensure we’d had her Ashes transferred successfully and that all went well. Without Michelle’s caring nature and kindness, it may have taken another 5 years to risk purchasing and trying to transfer her into her forever Urn. This is the first Christmas we, as a family, feel settled. There was always that sadness, that no one spoke of, for fear of upsetting each other, when we had no idea where to find a company that cared as much as we did about the last resting place for our precious Angel. Michelle and Beautiful Farewells finally brought peace to this painful journey and we can now look at the beautiful li
