From the very first phone call Scott had given my mother in law some ease, each step through this process was seamless, my father in law was treated with so much dignity & the family treated with so much respect. Scott was honest but sympathetic while ensuring the family knew it was their final decision. they handled all questions and requests with kindness and patience. The service itself was beautiful. It suited my late father in law so well. I am amazed at how easily David was able to pick up on what kind of person my father in law was and used that to personalise his send off. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Thank you again Scott & entire team.
