Southern Highlands Funerals

When I arrived at the premises for my daughters funeral, all staff were standing in the room with my daughters coffin having coffee, no condolences were convayed. I asked for my flowers to be placed with my daughters coffin and it was a request they didn't seem to want to do they left them on a small table. My husband and I were told to find a reserved seat on the right. It would have been nice to have some soft comforting music while waiting for guests but sat in silence, Then our chosen music was played very loudly. A booklet for guests was held in a bundle by an employee, while she watched everyone entre, not handing them out. If it wasn't for the celebrant it would have been very disappointing. I retrieved my flowers myself after the service and took them to my daughters grave. On arrival having to stand outside was extremely hard, doors were closed,( why? So staff could have morning tea?) Suffering such grief is not understood, maybe you should experience it yourselves to provide some help to others. From my experience and observations you are making money from people grieving , and you have no compassion, understanding or kindness.
