Jan 2023It is never a time you want to have to face, to farewell someone you love. My Mother chose to do a prepaid funeral with Walkers 17 years ago. Arriving there shortly after her death was a surreal experience for me. I'd never done this before! All the staff I encountered met me just as I was, and shepherded me through the process. They were always calm, professional, considerate, and kind. I had a need for detail, in the music, in the slide show, the order of service, and they accommodated and supported me in all my requests. They never made me feel like I was being too fussy and in fact reassured me that they were there to make everything as I would like. The resultant funeral was a beautiful celebration. and a very rich experience for all who came. Many thanks to you all!!
