Bruce and his team were amazing , even before our loved one passed and we were preparing for the inevitable. His warmth and care is second to none and his organisation and assistance of everything really took the pressure off , we are based interstate and to be able to liaise and communicate with someone trustworthy like we were right there (until we got there to be with our loved one ) was also unmeasurable.
