Feb 2025Only worried about receiving their money, & zero compassion for families. I had a court order from NSW Supreme Court stating my father's funeral was not to go ahead on a Friday. They responded via email the following day, Saturday stating they were 'closed' on Friday. They also said they cremated my dad the day prior to the funeral. They ended up being reported to the funeral board to be investigated, & landed themselves in proceedings in NSW Supreme Court. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PARLOUR.

July 2025Still waiting after 62 years for this company to correct the spelling of my late father’s first name. My mother had to give up years ago due to lack of empathy and only more money. I did try myself about 40 years ago, but same, if not more, disinterest. I hope they have changed, but does a leopard change its spots?
