Apr 2025We recently lost our dear father, the first in our immediate family. Ralph made it so easy and was professional with some great advice. Most of the arranging was done over text messages (my preferred mode of contact) and everything we asked for, he would respond "Done". On the day of the service, John and Pierre looked immaculate and handled my father's coffin with such care, even to go a little step further by straightening it as it was slightly off centre. This little gesture meant so much to us. Helen was a delight to see with her warm smile greeting everyone. Everything was just perfect.
