Dec 2025My family’s experience with this funeral home was deeply distressing. During an already painful time, my wife was told she had to pay extra just to view her own father. When she couldn’t afford the unexpected fee, she was denied the chance to see him one final time. This was not framed as optional or negotiable. It came across as cold, inflexible, and completely lacking compassion for a grieving family. That moment can never be replaced, and the emotional impact on my wife has been lasting. Funeral homes should support families, not put barriers between people and their loved ones. Our experience felt transactional at a time when empathy was needed most. I am sharing this to help other families make an informed decision. Based on what happened to us, I cannot recommend this funeral home. Edit following response from Victor: At no point did I ask for money, nor did I imply anything about payment. Your decision to immediately accuse me of wanting to be “paid to remove a fake review” is surprising and feels like an attempt to discredit a genuine experience. My review is based on what actually happened to my wife and her father. We were told we had to pay just to view her father’s body — something no grieving family should ever be pressured into. Whether you believe it or not doesn’t change the fact that this was our lived experience. If you’re confident in your standard of care, I would expect concern, empathy, or an offer to look into what happened not an accusation. I
