The arrangements were organized beautifully, and everything was carried out smoothly and thoughtfully. It truly gave us comfort and peace of mind knowing that our loved one was in such capable and caring hands. I would especially like to thank Esther and Anna for their kindness, understanding, and guidance throughout the entire process. Their support meant more to us than words can express. I wanted to share our excellent experience with Galaxy Funeral. They delivered an excellent service, taking all the worry about organising such a service during a very difficult time. They were very adept at Chinese funerals and were able to provide a multi-lingual service for our mother. I found the staff to be extraordinary honest as well, as they discovered some of the clothing we provided for mums burial contained some hidden cash, they were very honest in returning this to us, and we didnt even know it existed. I thank them for their honesty. Thanks like this matter during such a trying time.
