July 2023The hardest part while grieving the loss of my mother was laying her to rest, but guiding light funeral took so much stress off my shoulders and I couldn’t thank them enough. They came into our home/mums home and treated us like family. I couldn’t be more thankful for them giving mum the most beautiful send us she deserved. I know mum would also be so thankful for them looking after me in this hard time.

Aug 2024I have been trying to get hold of these people urgently to get my fathers death certificate. I have called and left multiple messages as they never answer the phone and emails. It is stressful enough having my father pass away and now they can't even be bothered to call me back. I am frustrated and extremely disappointed with this company
