May 2019Poor service, rude disrespectful staff. My sister turned up to dress my dad and she was told to go straight in the room. They hadn't removed the plastic from his head and face she had to do it herself which was quite traumatising. The female director was rude and was quite put out when we asked her to assist us. My father is a heavy man why they didn't have a male staff member assist is beyond me. They then turned up to the funeral LATE! A lot of our guests didn't sign the guest book and those that did were waved down by the female director. People commented on how loud and abrupt she was. She was also dressed so sloppy. Their only saving grace is the older male attendant who is obliging and quite nice. This is the third funeral my family have had and we decided to use someone closer to home this time. NEVER AGAIN! I DONT RECOMMEND USING THEM! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND REGRET TRUSTING THEM WITH MY FATHER'S FUNERAL!!
