Mar 2024My Mum, my Uncle and I met with Tracy and Lisa to organise my Pop’s service. These two ladies were absolutely incredible. I have never been a part of organising a funeral before, Tracy and Lisa made us all feel very comfortable and relaxed. They were more than happy to fix me a cuppa of hot black tea “pop’s favourite” while they allowed us to share memories and stories about pop. I was comforted through my emotions and we were allowed to take our time. Tracy and Lisa were so respectful and friendly. I’m so pleased we decided to go with “White Lady Funerals” to take care of pop. I really feel Tracy and Lisa took the extra step to cater for all of pop’s wishes. They explained the process thoroughly and clearly so we know exactly what to expect on the day. A massive Thank You to Tracy and Lisa for making this experience hassle free and smooth.
