Carmel and Joe were absolutely second to none. I can't express how at ease they helped us feel across the entire journey, arranging everything in a culturally sensitive way that honoured our Croatian heritage. From genuinely beautiful flower arrangements and rosary beads to arranging additional private viewings for immediate family as well as a whole host of other last minute requests, Carmel was there for us and rendered every possible assistance that she could in such a caring and loving manner - we are incredibly thankful.
