Apr 2025White Lady Funerals at Bateau Bay handled my husband's Funeral recently. The ladies were so professional and empathetic at a time of great sadness. They took care of everything. I was able to select flowers and a casket from their extensive range and they also took care of picking up my husband from the hospital, organising the service and cremation. Leonie consistently provided me with the latest information and was really professional in our interactions. Leonie consistently inquired about my well-being and offered her assistance and support, making the process significantly more manageable. Upon the loss of my father, I contacted White Lady Funerals to inform them of the situation. From the initial phone call on the day of his passing, I was met with individuals who displayed genuine concern and empathy. The staff members exhibited adeptness in providing comforting words and actively engaged in empathetic conversation regarding my needs and the circumstances at hand. I exhibited indecisiveness regarding the selection of jewellery, but Leonie displayed commendable patience throughout the process. When I picked up my dad, we shared a lighthearted moment that brought me joy. Leonie demonstrated exceptional customer service and I cannot find any flaws or shortcomings and I highly recommend them for anyone who is in need of a funeral company for their loved ones.

They made the entire experience of organising mum's celebration of life so much easier. It was always mum's choice to use their services and they did a beautiful job - and it was the smaller, finer details that made it an entirely pleasant experience in such a difficult time. All the ladies displayed such a professional and caring demeanour and they all offered individual words of support to me and my dad.
