Apr 2025White Lady Funerals at Bateau Bay handled my husband's Funeral recently. The ladies were so professional and empathetic at a time of great sadness. They took care of everything. I was able to select flowers and a casket from their extensive range and they also took care of picking up my husband from the hospital, organising the service and cremation. From the initial phone call on the day of his passing, I was met with individuals who displayed genuine concern and empathy. The staff members exhibited adeptness in providing comforting words and actively engaged in empathetic conversation regarding my needs and the circumstances at hand. I exhibited indecisiveness regarding the selection of jewellery, but Leonie displayed commendable patience throughout the process. When I picked up my dad, we shared a lighthearted moment that brought me joy. Leonie demonstrated exceptional customer service and I cannot find any flaws or shortcomings and I highly recommend them for anyone who is in need of a funeral company for their loved ones.

They made the entire experience of organising mum's celebration of life so much easier.
