Dec 2020My family used Simplicity Funerals Balgowlah following the death of our Father last week. Following initial contact over the phone we dealt with Jenny Smith. She was superb and gave us a thorough insight into all aspects of the funeral and it’s processes. Jenny also organised us an Ordained Celebrant, Ken Fischer who presided over the funeral. Ken was fantastic and spoke with compassion and understanding about our Dad. The crew at the service led by Paul were such a pleasure to deal with. Our Father was treated with dignity and respect and several guests remarked on their professionalism. We have nothing but praise and highly recommend Simplicity Funerals Balgowlah. Many thanks in making a difficult situation such an easy procedure for us all.

July 2018Having just lost our beloved mother , we needed to organise her funeral fairly quickly to accomodate family travel arrangements . Jenny from Simplicity was so helpful and considerate and made sure to be available over a weekend . She made a difficult process smooth and after meeting her in person ,we knew we were in capable , experienced hands. Mum’s funeral was just as she would have wanted . We met the most amazing lady, Jenny, who not only sympathised but made me feel so relaxed and helped me every way through the procedure.
