I am totally heartbroken on how they conducted themselves throughout the whole time. We went to make arrangements for our beautiful mother and Rick had misplaced the paperwork with mums arrangements she pre made, he had no idea on wat her wishes were. Let alone havin to ask heaps of questions he should of already known, they said they would arrange to have a outfit picked up for mum and no1 did so i had to go get it and drop it off. Then when emailin us a preview of the booklet we were gunna be getting as a keepsake they had the wrong last name on it. During the service they said the wrong last name for our mums husband. I had to ring or email plenty of times regarding mums ashes, i eventually received my share and her husband received his but it took them 2mths to send either out. They tried to say they had no confirmation on where the ashes or the death certificate was going to! If mum hadnt of already prepaid for her funeral we would have walked out and found sumwhere else. It was hard enough losing our beloved mother let alone dealing with all the stuff ups they made along the way, theres simply NO EXCUSE for their unprofessionalism
