Final Embrace Funerals

Final Embrace lived up to their name! Dean was amazing. He was caring and supportive throughout the whole process. He understands grief and that our brain isn't processing as fast as usual. He even pressed the button for the lift as we would have been standing there! Dean was quick to respond to my email questions. He was a pleasure to deal with when creating our Order of Service cards as he happily changed it to what I wanted. The celebrant, Julie, he suggested was perfect for us as was the florist. The slide shows were exceptional. So beautiful with his magic touch. I loved the addition of little bottled water and packets of tissues for anyone at the funeral. Very thoughtful. The funeral was perfect. My mum was in good hands. Even the undertakers were kind and caring who collected Mum. Not rushed. Explained everything and efficient. I can't not thank all enough!
