Picaluna funerals helped us at our time of greatest need. Having to switch funeral directors at the last minute Candice came to us and immediately discussed all facets of costs (which were reasonable) and tailor planned everything to our needs and to a date. She took immediate action and booked services for us then and there and organized to have our mother to be taken under their care and attention at once. This really relieved the stress that we were under at this time and we were so relieved by this action after constant issues which arose from using another company The funeral was lovely given the short window we had. I cannot speak highly enough at how helpful Candice was whilst at all times being in contact with us and letting us know what was going on.
