Nov 2023Terrible to deal with. Incredibly slow at responding. Ended up going elsewhere with much better communication, better pricing & they created a QR code specially for us. Great concept re the smart plaque but woefully inexistant customer service not even deserving of one star.

Jan 2022The customer care team are extremely helpful and knowledgable about the range of products and make ordering a memorial incredibly easy. With manufacturing onsite the lead times are unbeatable and the quality of the bronze is first class. Highly recommended.

Jan 2023Stacey was amazing though a difficult time. Emails answered quickly and the plaque arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected which was amazing as it was over the Christmas period. The plaque looks great
