Dec 2025I was disappointed with Charles Berry and Sons for my beloved father’s funeral. They missed key elements that disrupted the service. The quality of the life steaming was poor. When concerns were raised, no accountability was taken and I was rudely dismissed. As, I said to them ‘You only get one chance to farewell your loved one’ and they missed it. A lot of money was spent for poor customer service and experience.
