Apr 2023Please consider other options before trying this service. This service were not supportive or compassionate to my family member. It added high service fees and charged more than average for coffins. In an emotionally stressful time they are taking advantage of vulnerable people. Look at other services in the area and you will save thousands and be more comfortable with the care of your loved one.

June 2022Beyond disappointed for the fact that the live streaming is not a functioning service, blaming Telstra isnt good enough. We are thick in the climate of Covid and many people can not travel and rely on streaming to be as close as possible to thier loved ones during this time. End of the day it's your buisness, blaming a third party isn't unacceptable.
