We would like to express our sincere thanks to John, Sue and the team at Eastaugh & Carroll. The professionalism, kindness, support and guidance that was consistently shown and given by them made a really difficult process so much easier. Nothing was too much trouble and it made for a beautiful send-off to our darling Mum. Would not hesitate in recommending their service.

I had had a great experience until I was collecting my dad’s ashes. I had quite clearly not read the business hours that Sue had emailed me as very strongly pointed out to me by Peter. I travelled up from the Lower Mountains area and had rung ahead and was told that Peter would, albeit begrudgingly stay at the office until I arrived. I arrived 20 minutes past closing time and was met by Peter who had printed out the email from Sue to myself clearly stating open times etc. I had previously apologised on the phone and then again but the rebuff I received was nothing but disgraceful!!! No empathy!! I was to have my dad’s ashes transferred to scatter tubes but as I had clearly Pissed Peter off I opted to leave without this being done. I was almost yelled at in a reply from Peter stating that “maybe if you had arrived on time then maybe we could have helped you”!!! I was referred to the company through a mutual family member but I WILL not ever refer this company. Empathy would have been great and what I expected to be honest considering I am grieving the passing of my Patriarch, my dad. Maybe Peter needs a new career!!!! Sue on the other hand has been fantastic and very empathetic. Thank you Sue
